This includes background checks, first-aid/CPR certification, and a comprehensive skills assessment as required by the Georgia Department of Community Health. Once onboard, they complete rigorous training, including:

In-Services on Neurology and Sensory Systems: To understand and support the diverse needs of our clients.
20 Hours of Shadowing with a Licensed Mental Health Professional: Providing real-world experience before taking on full responsibilities.
