Do you all accept insurance?
We accept the Georgia Now/COMP waiver and are approved vendors for BDI Family Services waiver.
What are the requirements for booking?
Please select Book Consultation in services to schedule a zoom consultation with our administrator.
Do you all work with clients outside of metro Atlanta?
Yes. We serve Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, Rockdale and Newton counties.
What are the age ranges of clients you work with?
Ages 3 and up. However, most of our clients are between the ages of 13 - 30.
Do you work with children who are physical with their care team?
Yes. However, there is an additional charge that can be waived for families in need.
How long can we enter into a service agreement?
We can enter into a service agreement for up to 1 year.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a session?
You can request a session last minute, but we prefer our clients make any service agreement changes at least 1 week in advance.
What are the requirements to be eligible for out-of-home activities?
The requirements for out-of-home activities vary and are based on the discretion of the caregiver.
What kind of data do you collect for care teams?
Generally we collect observational information pertaining to ADL, social skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are allowed to cancel a service at any time. However, if you cancel a Service Agreement prior to the end date, we deduct a $120 nursing assessment fee from your security deposit if an assessment was administered.
How do you communicate with your clients?
We communicate with our clients and responsible parties via email, fax, text (SMS), and phone.
What activities do you play in home with your clients?
We customize activities for each client. It ranges from reading, board games, imaginative play to DIY projects or anything else that doesn't involve a screen.
